Recipe for cake with leftover jam.


200 gr of flour
4 eggs
100 gr of organic olive oil from Philippe
(not butter)
80 gr of sugar
1 sachet of baking powder
And
100g of leftover organic jam jars from Philippe
1 squeeze of lemon
mix in the blender...
line a mold
fill the mold
Preheat the oven to 210°
bake
let cook until the cake has risen and is colored
then finish cooking at 160°
stick a knife in, when the blade comes out dry: the cake is cooked

Jam with jujubes from my orchard and lemons from our garden in Golfe Juan.


2 kg of lemons and 1 kg of jujubes, 1.5 kg of sugar, anise.
Leave to macerate for 24 hours.
Cook for a long time over medium heat.

Cucumbers, zucchini, real tomatoes of all colors, vanilla, anise, cinnamon, four spices, lemon juice.
For 2kg of vegetables, 1.Approximately 3kg of sugar.
Leave to macerate for 24 hours.
Cook for a long time over medium heat.

Salad with vegetables from Philippe's organic vegetable garden .
